Ladies,

The V.E.A is offering you a G.E.A … An Appetizing European Gourmet experience!

Once again our favourite “foodie” has organized a culinary experience to tantalize your taste buds. Alois Fürer has to chosen to continue your gastronomic improvements in order to entertain your friends even better. Internationally renowned Chef Anton Koch will once again be our guest chef.

Your talents will be put to the test to create a Verrine with avocado, crab salad and shrimp.

There will then be a demonstration to make homemade Swiss noodles (SPÄTZLE)

Then a Vermicelli (Brown and Kirsch) will be created as a desert.

These three main dishes will then be served as a buffet with a Verrine, Swiss noodles au gratin and a Vermicelli Verrine as a dessert.

Wine and chocolate will be offered by your club.

Should you have a concern about seafood, kindly report this information when registering to attend . A non-seafood dish will be prepared for you in advance.
